- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
