- 2 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 hoagie rolls
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- Place the beef chuck roast in the crockpot.
- Add the sliced onion and minced garlic over the meat.
