- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1/4 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
- Pour in the yeast mixture and melted butter, then knead into a soft dough.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
- Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
- Place turkey bacon and chicken ham in the center and fold the dough over.
- Arrange in a muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes.
