Decadent Tiramisu Cheesecake Recipe

A rich and creamy tiramisu cheesecake that combines the flavors of classic tiramisu with the decadent texture of cheesecake, creating the perfect dessert for any occasion.

  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup brewed espresso, cooled
  • 2 packages ladyfinger cookies
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and mascarpone until smooth.
  2. Add the heavy cream, powdered sugar, espresso, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Layer ladyfingers at the bottom of a springform pan, soaking them in espresso if desired.
  4. Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the ladyfingers.
  5. Add another layer of ladyfingers and then the remaining cheesecake mixture on top.
  6. Dust with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, increase the espresso soak time for the ladyfingers.
  • Top with chocolate shavings for added presentation.
