This decadent tiramisu cheesecake combines the rich flavors of coffee and mascarpone in a creamy dream.

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 ½ cups mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat mascarpone cheese, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Add heavy cream, brewed coffee, coffee liqueur, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Let it cool for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.

Notes

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
  • Serve chilled for the best texture.
