Deviled Egg Macaroni Salad

A deliciously creamy and savory macaroni salad with the classic flavors of deviled eggs, enhanced with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, and celery salt.
  3. Add the cooked macaroni to the bowl and mix until well coated.
  4. Fold in the diced hard-boiled eggs, red onion, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and sweet pickle relish.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add chopped parsley or chives.
  • This salad tastes even better the next day as the flavors meld.
