- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, and celery salt.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the bowl and mix until well coated.
- Fold in the diced hard-boiled eggs, red onion, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and sweet pickle relish.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
