  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Divide the batter into a lined muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra indulgent treat, add more chocolate chips on top before baking.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container.
