  • 8 ounces wide rice noodles
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  4. Stir in the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  5. Add the chicken ham, bell peppers, and broccoli; stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili sauce, and black pepper; toss to combine.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through. Serve hot.
