Easy and Creamy Tomato Garlic Pasta Recipe

A quick and delicious pasta recipe featuring a creamy tomato garlic sauce and turkey bacon.

  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and chopped turkey bacon to the sauce, mixing well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve with Parmesan cheese.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes for heat.
  • Can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon.
