- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 4 slices chicken ham
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the chicken by laying it flat and placing the turkey bacon and chicken ham on top.
- Sprinkle cheese over the ham.
- Roll the chicken tightly and secure with toothpicks.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in Dijon mustard and garlic powder.
- Dip each rolled chicken into the egg mixture and then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the chicken rolls in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
