Easy Baked Spaghetti Squash

  • 1 spaghetti squash
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces chicken ham
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the cut sides and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the squash cut side down on a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes.
  5. While the squash is baking, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then add the chicken ham and cook until heated through.
  6. Once the squash is done, use a fork to scrape the insides into strands.
  7. Combine the spaghetti squash strands with the turkey bacon and chicken ham mixture.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

  • For a vegetarian option, you can omit the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
