- 2 pounds potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into cubes.
- In a large pot, boil the potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
