  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into cubes.
  3. In a large pot, boil the potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
  4. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  5. Add sour cream, cheese, turkey bacon, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the potatoes and mix well.
  6. Transfer the potato mixture to a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown.

Notes
