  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup egg noodles
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add onions, carrots, celery, and garlic; sauté until softened.
  3. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in egg noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  5. Add cooked chicken and heavy cream; stir and heat through.
  6. Season with thyme, salt, and pepper.
