Easy Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup

A delicious twist on traditional chicken noodle soup with creamy flavors and turkey bacon.

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Add the onions, carrots, celery, and garlic, cooking until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in the egg noodles and cook until al dente.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream, shredded chicken, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  6. Simmer for 5 more minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a thicker soup, add more heavy cream.
  • You can substitute rotisserie chicken for convenience.
