Easy Creamy Mac and Cheese

A delicious and easy recipe for creamy mac and cheese enhanced with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, cook turkey bacon until crisp; remove and crumble.
  3. In the same saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper.
  4. Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until thickened. Stir in cheese until melted.
  5. Add macaroni, turkey bacon, and chicken ham; mix well and heat through.
