- 4 bell peppers
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
- In the same skillet, add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Stir in rice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and bacon pieces.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the mixture and top with shredded cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil and place in the oven.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the peppers are tender.
