  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, and melted coconut oil.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  5. Blend dates, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth to create the caramel layer.
  6. Spread the caramel over the chocolate base evenly.
  7. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.
