- 8 ounces pasta of your choice
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 8 ounces chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup corn, cooked
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, add diced chicken ham to heat through.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, red onion, corn, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
