- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside to cool.
