- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 package tortilla chips
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, black beans, corn, bell pepper, onion, salsa, cumin, and chili powder.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the tortilla chips, then half of the chicken mixture, and half of the cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining chips, chicken mixture, and cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Can substitute chicken with turkey or other proteins.
- For a spicier dish, add jalapeños.
