- 1 pound sliced beef
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the drippings.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
- Add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Assemble the sandwiches by filling the hoagie rolls with beef and bacon, then pour the beef juices over the top.
- Wrap the sandwiches in foil and bake for 10 minutes.
