Delicious French Dip Sandwiches made with turkey bacon and savory beef juices that are sure to please any crowd.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sliced beef
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the drippings.
  3. In the same skillet, add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
  4. Add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Assemble the sandwiches by filling the hoagie rolls with beef and bacon, then pour the beef juices over the top.
  6. Wrap the sandwiches in foil and bake for 10 minutes.

Notes

  • You can use leftover roast beef for a faster option.
  • Serve with a side of au jus for dipping.
