  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the French bread into cubes and place them in a large bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes, then fold in the maple syrup and turkey bacon.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and let it soak for 30 minutes.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

Notes

  • For a sweeter dish, add more maple syrup.
