  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, chicken mixture, chicken broth, half of the cheese, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and the cheese is bubbly.
