Greek Yogurt Parfait with Berries and Almonds

A delicious and healthy Greek yogurt parfait made with fresh berries and crunchy almonds.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In serving glasses or bowls, layer the yogurt mixture with mixed berries and chopped almonds.
  3. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
  4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to an hour before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute other nuts or seeds as preferred.
  • You can use plain yogurt instead of Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
