A delicious and hearty casserole packed with ham, cheese, and turkey bacon, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 8 cups bread cubes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Chop into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Add the ham, cheese, bread cubes, and turkey bacon to the bowl and mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
