Hasselback Potatoes: Easy Recipe with Turkey Bacon and Cheese

Hasselback Potatoes

A delicious twist on classic potatoes, enhanced with turkey bacon and cheese.

  • 4 medium Hasselback potatoes
  • 6 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes and slice them thinly, making sure not to cut all the way through.
  3. Brush the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Wrap the potatoes with turkey bacon between the slices.
  5. Place potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes or until tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle cheese on top, returning to the oven until melted.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil for an additional 3-5 minutes after adding cheese.
