- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1/2 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)
