Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel and slice the apples, then mix with cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, combine oats, almond flour, honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and salt.
  4. Spread the apple mixture in a baking dish.
