Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat pasta
  • 1 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cherry tomatoes, spinach, red onion, and feta cheese.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
