Healthy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

A delicious and healthy recipe for garlic parmesan chicken pasta that’s perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat pasta
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through.
