Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, cheese, and olive oil until a dough forms.
  3. Roll out the dough and cut into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of pizza sauce, turkey bacon, and chicken ham in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the corners of the dough to seal the filling.
  6. Place the pockets on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
