- 4 medium-sized russet potatoes
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Wash and scrub the potatoes under running water.
- Prick each potato several times with a fork.
- Add water to the Instant Pot, then place the trivet inside.
- Arrange the potatoes on the trivet.
- Seal the Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 12 minutes.
