- 4 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the flesh.
- In a bowl, mix the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, turkey bacon, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the zucchini halves with the cheese mixture.
- Place the filled zucchinis on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
