1 pound ground turkey
8 ounces cream cheese
1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup biscuit mix
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 pound turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, cream cheese, Rotel tomatoes, cheddar cheese, biscuit mix, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and crumbled turkey bacon until well combined.
Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

For a spicier version, use spicy Rotel tomatoes.
