  • 1 cup diced carrots

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
