Kale, Mushroom, and Cheddar Bake

A delightful blend of kale, mushrooms, and cheddar cheese baked to perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups chopped kale
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped kale, sliced mushrooms, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetable mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden and the bake is set.
