  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in the sour cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest until fully incorporated.
  7. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Let it cool to room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
