Loaded Cauliflower Broccoli Casserole

A comforting and delicious casserole made with loaded cauliflower and broccoli.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 head broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix chopped cauliflower and broccoli.
  3. Add cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl and stir to combine.
  4. Fold in cooked bacon and half of the cheddar cheese.
  5. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • Can substitute cream cheese with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
