Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into halves, then boil them until fork-tender.
  3. Drain the potatoes and lightly smash them on a baking sheet.
  4. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
