  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, melt the butter and stir in the sugar until well combined.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  7. Spread the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. During the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle mini marshmallows on top and return to the oven until melted.
  10. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.

Notes
