Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Unroll the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into desired shapes.
  3. In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Place a spoonful of the mascarpone mixture in the center of each pastry shape.
