  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 jar marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except the marinara sauce.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. In a saucepan, heat the marinara sauce, then add the baked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve the meatballs with pasta or on a sub roll.

Notes
