  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 12 mini Oreo cookies, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into the bottom of cupcake liners in a muffin pan.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream gently until well blended.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in each liner.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes, then let cool completely.
  7. Top with mini Oreos before serving.
