  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cups green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and hoisin sauce. Mix well.
