  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or griddle, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce and brown sugar, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked noodles and green onions; toss to combine.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil and season with pepper; serve warm.
