A delicious and easy recipe for Monte Cristo Croissant Casserole that combines turkey bacon and chicken ham for a delightful twist.

  • 6 croissants
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 8 ounces chicken ham
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Layer the bottom of a baking dish with croissant pieces, followed by layers of turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  4. Pour the egg and milk mixture over the layered ingredients.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top and let it sit for 30 minutes.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set and golden brown.

Notes
