  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic, rosemary, balsamic vinegar, and honey.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs with the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour any remaining marinade over them.
