- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup cashew cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
