One Pot Chicken Parmesan Pasta

A simple and delightful family meal that brings together the flavors of chicken and parmesan in a one-pot pasta dish.

  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 12 ounces penne pasta
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
  2. Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning, cooking for an additional minute.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in the penne pasta and cook until al dente.
