  • 1 pound boneless chicken breast, cubed

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned.
